A locking system24for securing adjacent concrete form panels20a, 20btogether during assembly of a concrete form22is disclosed. The locking system24includes a mounting block50which is removably attachable to one of the adjacent panels20a, 20b. A slide member52is mounted for sliding movement relative to the mounting block50between a first position retracted from aligned apertures48in side members30of the adjacent panels20a, 20band a second position extending through the aligned apertures48. The slide member30includes a bolt member92mounted to rotate within the mounting block50in its extended position between locked and unlocked positions to secure the adjacent panels20a, 20btogether. Alternatively, the bolt member206is configured to receive a wedge member204at its projecting end or has a clamping member304mounted to rotate on the bolt member306for securing the adjacent panels20a, 20btogether.
