ABSTRACT:
A method of forming a dispenser for delivering a beneficial agent to a biological environment. A beneficial agent and an expandable composition are placed in a capsule made of fluid dissolvable material. The capsule is closed and surrounded by a semipermeable wall which is permeable to fluid but not to the beneficial agent. Then a passageway is drilled in the capsule between the exterior and the interior which contains the beneficial agent.
