The friction drag decreases and the friction resistance decrease ship that improves fuel cost is offered.Duct3is divided into two or more independent chambers5, with partition4according to the longitudinal direction; piping6is introduced in each chamber5and penetrates through partition4to supply air to each chamber5.Air is supplied by assistance compressor7through piping6. Opening8is formed in the lateral aspect of each chamber5, and microbubble generator10is installed in this opening8.
