A server that provides a plurality of types of content to another device selectively executes a control function or a function of being controlled in response to a type of a request from the other device, the request requesting the server to provide at least one of the plurality of types of content, and an operational status of the control function or the function of being controlled. The control function is a function of a controller that establishes and controls a wireless network.
