ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is a process for producing a δ-aminopentadienoate compound represented by the following formula (I), the process including reacting a δ-aminopentadienoate compound represented by the following formula (II) with an alcohol represented by the following formula (III):wherein in formulae (I to III) R11and R21each independently represent an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, or a heterocyclic group bonded via a carbon atom; R12to R16each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group, or a heterocyclic group bonded via a carbon atom; Y11represents an electron-withdrawing group; and R11and R21are not the same group.
