Optoelectronic devices include a polymer composition derived from reaction between a hydrosiloxane and a polyfluorene comprising structural units of formula IwhereinR1and R2are independently alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, substituted alkenyl, substituted alkynyl, alkyloxy, substituted alkoxy, alkenoxy, alkynoxy, substituted alkenoxy, substituted alkynoxy, or a combination thereof;Ar1and Ar2are independently aryl or substituted aryl;m and n are independently 0 or 1; andat least one of R1and R2is alkenyl, alkynyl, substituted alkenyl, or substituted alkynyl.
