ABSTRACT:
A liquid transporting apparatus includes individual electrodes32,wirings35having contact points35arespectively, FPC40having terminals42a,a cavity plate10,and individual cooling passages47formed in the cavity plate10.Each of the individual cooling passages47is formed at a position which is between one of the individual electrodes32and one of the contact points35aand which faces one of the wirings35.When the FPC40and the wirings35are joined, a conductive material45between the terminals42aof the FPC40and the contact points35aof the wirings35are melted while a cooling liquid60is being flowed in the individual cooling passages47,thereby cooling the molten conductive material45.Thus, it is possible to suppress the flowing of conductive material45from the contact points35ato their surroundings.
