ABSTRACT:
In the present applying mechanism, a part of a guide sheet33bulges (arches) away from an oil application roller16, with respect to a vertical line S passing through the center of a pipe31. In other words, in the present applying mechanism, a part of the guide sheet33has a shape of avoiding (bypassing) the oil application roller16that has a high temperature. With this, oil flowing on the guide sheet33is kept away from the high-temperature oil application roller16. The present applying mechanism can include an edge50, or gap, in the guide sheet33for backing-up flow of oil to before the application roller in order to ensure even distribution of the oil to the application roller. The present applying mechanism can include a narrow gap between the pipe31and guide sheet33.
