To provide a cotton candy machine that is useful especially when using candy balls as a cotton candy material.A horizontal pedestal28is disposed at the upper end11aof a rotary shaft11. Threaded levers30are provided on the horizontal pedestal28eccentrically from the axis of the rotary shaft11. The threaded levers30are passed through respective engagement holes25a,36a,40a,45a,50aof a bobbin receiving pedestal25, a bobbin36, a melting plate40, a lid member45, and a protective cover member50so as to rigidly secure the bobbin receiving pedestal25, the bobbin36, the melting plate40, the lid member45, and the protective cover member50on top of each other.
