The pneumatic suspension apparatus3includes at least one pneumatic bag4for being attached with a vehicle between the vehicle frame and the vehicle seat for restricting the vehicle seat laterally and dampening vibrations; a regulator6pneumatically connected with the at least one pneumatic bag4, where the regulator6adjusts the pressure in the at least one pneumatic bag4; and a reservoir8pneumatically connected with the regulator6. Optionally, a compressor9may be included to pressurize the reservoir8. The compressor9may replace the reservoir8in supplying pressure to the pneumatic bag4.
