ABSTRACT:
The known E-isomers of compounds of the formula ##STR1## in which X and Y independently of each other represent hydrogen or halogen,
are obtained according to a new process, in which triazolylketones of the formula ##STR2## in which X and Y have the above mentioned meaning, are reacted with an excess of cyclohexanecarbaldehyde in the presence of a non-polar organic diluent and in the presence of a catalyst mixture of organic acids and secondary amines in a molar ratio of 1:0.5 to 1:1 at temperatures between 40.degree. and 100.degree. C. by continuously removing the water formed and subsequently working up in the manner that is described in the specification.
