A surface of the insulation layer is an uneven surface that reflects irregularities of a foundation surface. At least a surface layer portion of the insulation layer is made up of crystals of an insulation material. A top surface of a partition that is arranged on a second substrate and abuts against the insulation layer is formed to extend with respect to a projection of the insulation layer that abuts against the partition at a distance greater than a height of the projection.
