A fuel supply system of a vehicle is provided with a fuel tank10supported on a vehicle at a level equal to or lower than that of the carburetors16and17combined with an engine5. A vacuum fuel cut valve12is placed on the upper surface of the fuel tank10. A pulse-driven fuel pump13is disposed near the vacuum fuel cut valve12on the upper surface of the fuel tank10. The vacuum fuel cut valve12has a fuel inlet port36connected to a fuel suction pipe37, a fuel outlet pipe28, and a vacuum chamber connected to an intake pipe21aconnected to the cylinder21of the engine5. The pulse-driven fuel pump13is provided with a fuel suction pipe25connected to the fuel outlet pipe28of the vacuum fuel cut valve12. When a negative pressure pulse is applied to the vacuum fuel cut valve12, the vacuum fuel cut valve12opens to supply fuel to the carburetors16and17.
