ABSTRACT:
An electronic device includes: a body12having an electronic component20, and a cover14pivotally attached to the body and having a liquid crystal panel36. The electronic component of the body is cooled by a fan22. The liquid crystal panel of the cover is illuminated by a discharge tube38and a reflector40. An air inlet44of the cover is arranged being opposed to an air outlet30of the body. The discharge tube is cooled by a flow of air produced by the fan for cooling the electronic component of the body. By cooling the discharge tube, the life of the discharge tube is maintained long.
