ABSTRACT:
When a gas generating agent9ainside a first combustion chamber5ais burnt, a gas generating agent9bis prevented from being burnt by function of a metal thin plate11closing a communication hole10with a second combustion chamber5b. A cup1190having a hole1191is covered on an igniter1112, and the flame thereof advances into a transfer charge1116straightly in a narrow width. Accordingly, since the transfer charge1116is burnt completely, sufficient flame for burning a gas generating agent1109can be generated securely. A communication hole3010between a first combustion chamber3005aand a second combustion chamber3005bis closed by double-layered seal tape3011laminated through an adhesive layer. After activation, the seal tapes3011are not ruptured due to increase in the internal pressure of the first combustion chamber3005a, but they are peeled off easily due to increase in the internal pressure of the second combustion chamber3005b.
