The lamp50includes a first bezel52angularly movably supported on the support portion33, and a second bezel53which holds the lens54, and is mounted on the first bezel52. The second bezel53has a reflecting surface55for receiving and reflecting transmitted light through the lens54, and this reflecting surface is designed to have a low reflectance.
