ABSTRACT:
An aspiration flow resistor10includes an inlet12and an outlet14. A housing16is connected to the inlet12and outlet14. A series of spaced walls18are disposed between the inlet12and the outlet14. The walls18and the inlet12and the outlet14together with the housing16define a plurality of aspiration flow chambers22. As aspirant flows from the inlet12to the outlet14, a pressure decrease in the aspirant flow occurs at each wall18to provide resistance to aspirant flow.
