A new and distinct cultivar ofVeronicaplant named ‘Verobiblue’, characterized by its upright, uniform, outwardly spreading and low-mounding plant habit; freely basal branching habit, dense and bushy plant form; early, freely and long flowering habit; and deep violet blue-colored flowers.
