A liquid crystal panel includes a pair of substrates2aand2bindividually provided with electrodes14aand14b, a sealing material3with which the substrates2aand2bare attached to each other, a first terminal installed on one substrate2a, a second terminal which is installed on the other substrate2band which is connected to the electrode14bon the substrate2b, a conducting material21for connecting the first terminal and the second terminal, a wiring19bwhich is installed on the substrate2aand which is connected to the first terminal, and a light-shielding film23installed in at least a part of a region, which corresponds to the wiring19b, on the other substrate2b.
