ABSTRACT:
A photoconductive imaging member includes a substrate, hole blocking layer, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, wherein the charge transport layer is formed in a sol-gel process. The charge transport layer includes an in situ formed organic-inorganic composite, and exhibits increased wear resistant and retains excellent electrical properties.
