ABSTRACT:
A color conversion filter substrate includes a transparent support substrate, one or more types of color conversion layers with a thickness more than 5 μm formed on the support substrate in a desired pattern, and a protective layer formed of a transparent material for covering the support substrate and the color conversion layers and having a flat surface. After a display is produced, the color conversion pattern layers contain unsaturated functional groups at a concentration equal to or less than 1.4×10−3mol/g.
