A second connecting portion22of a second inside portion2A is formed with an opening portion24extending all the way from an inner peripheral surface of the connecting hole23to an outer surface of the connecting portion22and towards a second outside portion2B. This opening portion24is set both in size dimension and configuration such that a fitting portion32aof a hinge pin32can be inserted into the connecting hole23via the opening portion24.The second outside portion2B is formed with a shielding portion25for shielding the opening portion24.The shielding portion25is formed with a protruding portion26which is brought into the opening portion24.A distal end face of the protruding portion26is generally in contact with the fitting portion32a.
