ABSTRACT:
A method of repairing windshields which are below room temperature, in the range from about 65.degree. F. to about 40.degree. F. repaired by using a resin whose viscosity ranges from a high end of a range of about 700 c.p.s. to about 400 c.p.s. to a low end of a range of about 150 c.p.s. Also, when the windshield is below about 40.degree. F., the method uses a first low viscosity resin of 10-100 c.p.s. and a second resin from about 150 c.p.s. to about 700 c.p.s. Also, when the crack is a floater, the resin is in the range from about 100 c.p.s. to about 90 c.p.s. and is heated prior to or during injection into the crack.
