The present invention relates to a class of compounds represented by the formula (I)or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt, prodrug or ester thereof, pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of the formula (I), and methods of selectively inhibiting or antagonizing αvβ3integrin.
