ABSTRACT:
A liquid ejection printing apparatus quickly perform preliminary ejection with certainty. The liquid ejection printing apparatus ejects droplets of a liquid printing material through a printing head to a medium to be printed for depositing the printing material to perform printing. The liquid ejection printing apparatus performs preliminary ejection upon the onset of power supply and/or prior to initiation of printing while varying a drive frequency of the printing head during the preliminary ejection.
