ABSTRACT:
A dielectric ceramic composition comprising a main component including a dielectric oxide expressed by a composition formula {(Ca1-xMex)O}m.(Zr1-yTiy)O2, and a first subcomponent including at least one of oxides selected from V, Nb, W, Ta, Mo and Cr and compounds which become an oxide of these after firing; wherein a symbol Me in the formula included in the main component is at least one of Sr, Mg and Ba, symbols m, x and y indicating composition mole ratios in the formula included in the main component are 0.8≦m≦1.3, 0≦x≦1.00 and 0.1≦y≦0.8, and a ratio of the first subcomponent to 100 moles of the main component is 0.01 atomic %≦the first subcomponent<5 atomic % in a conversion of metal element in an oxide.
