In the present invention, a floor console arranged between right and left seats of a vehicle is formed by a front-side console2and a garnish15installed to the front-side console2; a cigarette lighter attachment portion32having a substantially horizontal surface shape is provided on the garnish15; a cigarette lighter device1is disposed in the cigarette lighter attachment portion32so as to be directed in a substantially vertical direction; and a substantially horizontal ash receiving surface37which is formed separately from an ashtray is provided on the front-side console2located under the cigarette lighter attachment portion32.
