ABSTRACT:
The PDE4inhibitor N-(3,5-dichloropyrid-4-yl)-3-cyclopropylmethoxy-4-difluoromethoxy benzamide, a pharmacologically tolerable salt or N-oxide thereof, in combination with a PDE3inhibitor is disclosed for use in inhibiting bronchospasms and treating acute obstructive bronchitis, asthma or COPD.
