Description

ABSTRACT:
A method for simultaneous detection and identification ofBacillus anthracis, Yersinia pestisandFrancisella tularensis, in a single real time PCR assay using species-specific primers and Taqman MGB probes. Also, a kit for the diagnosis of bacterial bioterrorism agents. In addition, an infection-free control plasmid to verify the result of the real time PCR analysis method.
