ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to peptide mimics of a conserved gonococcal epitope ofNeisseria gonorrhoeae, which epitope is not found on human blood group antigens. This invention also relates to methods and compositions using such peptide mimics for the prophylaxis of gonorrheal infections.
