ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to the abfB-1 gene ofPenicillium funiculosumthat codes for a type B α-L-arabinofuranosidase. This enzyme α-L-arabinofuranosidase can be incorporated in nutritional additives or in foods for animals for which it improves the digestibility and thus the nutritional value.
