A multilayer capacitor includes a dielectric body12formed by stacking a plurality of dielectric layers12a; a first internal conductor layer21led out straddling three side faces12A,12C and12D of said dielectric body12; a second internal conductor layer22, stacked in the dielectric body12via dielectric layers12ato the first internal conductor layer21, led out straddling three side faces12B,12C and12D; a first and a second terminal electrodes31and32formed on an outer face of said dielectric body12, straddling the three side faces12A,12C and12D, and12B, and12C and12D, respectively. A first space pattern41is formed on the first lead portion at a position along with the first side face12A, not connected with the first terminal electrode31.
