ABSTRACT:
A 7.beta.-{(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-[(2-pyrrolidon-3-yl)oxyimino]acetam ido}-3-(1-amino-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)thiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is useful as an antimicrobial agent.
