ABSTRACT:
A stand-by control circuit includes a power ON detecting circuit which supplies a flag with a power ON detecting signal to be reset. In a testing mode, the power ON detecting circuit shuts off a current flowing therethrough, so that testing of LSIs each including the stand-by control circuit can be carried out without errors.
