ABSTRACT:
An apparatus for use in exercising human body muscle and elements comprising, a vertical frame member, a horizontal frame member fixed to the bottom of said vertical frame member, and a diagonal frame member extending between said vertical and said horizontal frame members. The combination of vertical, horizontal and diagonal frame members is adapted to permit a human body to recline on said diagonal member while exercising body muscles or elements from a position where there is unlikely to be a strain on back muscles. A set of pulleys and cables operates within the frame members with ends of the cables accessable to both ends of the diagonal frame member. A set of weight elements are attachable to the cables.
