ABSTRACT:
A frost heave compensator for mobile homes and the like generally supported on a steel frame disposed below floor level, which steel frame is in turn supported on concrete or other relatively shallow footings. Each mobile home is provided with a plurality of longitudinally spaced resiliently compensating tiedowns disposed transversely across the top thereof and extending vertically downwardly on opposite sides thereof.
