ABSTRACT:
A class novel 2,4 or 5-acylamino oxazoles having anti-allergic activity, methods of making such compounds and pharmaceutical compositions containing the active compounds of the invention. The compounds of the invention have been shown to be useful in the prophylactic and therapeutic treatment of immediate hypersensitivity diseases including asthma and in the alleviation of status asthmaticus.
