ABSTRACT:
Process for eliminating reactive chlorinated organic compounds from aqueous solutions, especially waste waters, which comprises treating the waters at 70.degree.-300.degree. C, preferably 100.degree.-160.degree. C, with ammonia or compounds splitting off the same, and/or primary amines or compounds splitting off the amines, thereby obtaining insoluble reaction products which are mechanically separated from the waters.
