ABSTRACT:
Process for the aromatization of dry comminuted vegetable matter wherein particulated micro-encapsulated flavor is intimately mixed with a fat, an oil and/or an emulsifier till its particles reach by adhering to each other a mean size of at least 150 .mu.m and the resulting product is added to the dry comminuted vegetable matter.
