Means for cleaning and waxing fishing line includes a container having a general longitudinally slot in the periphery thereof and a porous applicator mass, impregnated with cleaning and waxing compound. Line is run through the slot, in contact with the applicator to effect said cleaning and waxing. Means rotatably adjust said applicator to present a fresh applicator surfact the slot opening.
