ABSTRACT:
Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein X is halo or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, n=1, 2 or 3 and R and R' are hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl have herbicidal and plant-growth regulating activity.
