ABSTRACT:
A vibration drive device including a stack element in which a plurality of layers of an electromechancial energy transducing material and layers of an electrode material are stacked alternately, and a vibrating body is arranged to vibrate with vibration of the stack. The electrode material contains silver in a metal component and the silver is less than 50% by weight.
