ABSTRACT:
A low cost non-electric device to afford some protection to the operators of Lap-top computers, Notebook computers and portable computers from the electro-magnetic radiation fields emitted therefrom and to afford a comfortable cushion to rest the computer upon as well as providing a cushion made of rated armed threat level ballistic protective materials affixed thereto to afford some protection against armed threats.
