ABSTRACT:
N-(Benzamidosulfenyl)-N-methylcarbamates of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 alkyl, R.sub.2 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl or allyl, R.sub.3 is methyl, --CONH.sub.2 or --CON(CH.sub.3).sub.2, and each of X.sub.1, X.sub.2 and X.sub.3 is hydrogen, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 haloalkyl.
The intermediates for and methods of obtaining these carbamates are disclosed, as is also their use in pest control.
