ABSTRACT:
An acrylic polyamine copolymer with amine and hydroxy functionality. The copolymer can be formulated with auxiliary resins and optional crosslinkers to make a nearly-neutral pH cathodic dispersion and the formulations can be used in cathodic electrodeposition, giving good cure response at 150.degree.-175.degree. C.
