ABSTRACT:
6,7-propylene-, butylene-, or pentylene-bridged imidazopyridin-4-amines and their intermediate compounds are described. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and methods of inducing interferon (.alpha.) biosynthesis and treating vital infections involving the use of such compounds.
