A container for holding circuit cards within a plastic, static dissipative nclosure. The container has a handle and is sturdy enough for carrying as a suitcase. The design can be varied so that various circuit card sizes and shapes can be accommodated. The container is suitable for stacking with another like container. Detachable slides are affixed to the container for mounting in a cabinet.
