ABSTRACT:
A gear assembly having a primary worm; a planetary worm/gear engaging said primary worm; and a split ring, internal double enveloping worm gear surrounding and engaging said planetary worm/gear. The planetary worm/gear is attached to a planetary carrier on a planetary support shaft which allows the planetary worm/gear to rotate thereon. Primary worm input is utilized. Output may be taken from the planetary carrier or the split ring, internal, double enveloping worm gear.
