ABSTRACT:
Novel compounds of the formula: ##STR1## are disclosed. Compounds of Formula 1.0 are represented by the compounds of formulas: ##STR2## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are each independently selected from halo.
Also disclosed are methods of inhibiting farnesyl protein transferase and the growth of abnormal cells, such as tumor cells.
