Novel benzo-1,2,3-thiadiazole derivatives of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sub.4 is Hal or OH; R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 independently of one another are hydrogen, halogen, methyl, methoxy or methylthio.
